Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing of your refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once our quality control team inspects the items.
